七工匠50mmF1.1使用松納結構方案設計，其中兩片玻璃使用了折射率1.9以上高折射率光學玻璃，使鏡頭有著優異畫質的同時保持著極佳的便攜性。研發過程中，非常刻意的考慮到鏡頭場曲和像散對圖像焦外虛化的影響，反復校正了兩者之間的比重關係，能夠輕鬆獲得二線性輕微，非常柔美的散景。對球差和慧差的反復校正，使得彌散斑在超大光圈鏡頭中控制的非常出色，焦點上的對比度銳度表現良好。
